How is the billing done?
You can pay for your project (online voting, live voting, nomination) directly after setting it up in the Online Voting Manager. You do not need any quotation from us for the setup or payment. We offer the following payment options for customers from the countries named:
- Payment via PayPal via Payone (Germany, Austria, other countries)
- Payment directly via PayPal (Switzerland)
- Payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) (Germany, Austria, other countries)
- Payment on account (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)*
Prices are based on the number of eligible voters or nominators, and on the prices of the features and services booked.
You will receive your invoice by e-mail immediately after completion. You will also find all your invoices under the Invoices menu item in the burger menu on the left.
*The following requirements and conditions also apply to purchases on account:
- The billing address is stored in the profile of the customer in the POLYAS Online Voting Manager
- The invoice amount is a maximum of EUR 2000.00 (net) or an equivalent amount in another currency
- The user makes his/her first purchase on account on that day
