What do I do if a voter forgets or loses their password?

Simply login to the Online Voting Manager, search for the voter in the electoral roll and send the access data to them again by e-mail. 

A new password cannot be created due to the POLYAS security standards. This is necessary to prevent a voter casting multiple votes.
