Is technical support (telephone hotline) available before and during the election?
The support is intended for the election officer and not as a hotline for voters. Please specify a full-time contact person on your side, who can collect any voter questions and forward these to POLYAS.
You can additionally book our Hotline, which is available outside of business hours. The daily rate applies for the availability of our number outside of business hours (Mon–Fri 9 AM to 5 PM, CET). The POLYAS Election Management is available to customers (election organizer) for other inquiries.
Support outside of our business hours is only intended for the election organizer. There shall be no direct contact between POLYAS and voters at any time.
