If a maintenance window is active, how does this impact my voting project?

We carry out maintenance work on the POLYAS Online Voting Manager on a monthly basis to improve our products, to provide new functions, and to integrate technical updates.

This is unavailable during the maintenance window, you cannot log into your account, work on election projects, or view or download election results. 

Forthcoming maintenance work is announced to you in advance in the Online Voting Manager.

Not affected during the maintenance window are online voting or live voting. Your voters can log in, log out, and cast their vote(s) as usual.

Note: If you conduct a POLYAS Live Voting during a maintenance window, we ask you to save an external copy of the login data for your Live Voting Cockpit and the link to it before you start the voting. The POLYAS Online Voting Manager is directly affected by maintenance work, so you cannot access it from the Online Voting Manager when voting starts. You will find the login data in the project overview before your project is sealed.
