Can I send voter invitations manually by e-mail?

Yes you can. First you have to upload your electoral roll or the number of required access accounts to the Online Voting Manager. You can then export the login data generated by the system and manually send it to each member by e-mail. Each member should receive a voter ID, a password, and an election URL. Please note that for data protection reasons we first have to activate the option to download the login data.
