I haven’t received my login details, what can I do?

You receive the login data before the start of the election by e-mail or by letter, depending on the preferences of the election organizer. If you have not received an e-mail, please check your spam folder first. Check your e-mail inbox again. The sender of the e-mail is not your election organizer, but POLYAS (voting@polyas.com). 

If you have not received your login data or you still cannot find it, please contact your election organizer and have your login data sent again.
