How do eligible voters access the POLYAS Online Voting System?

Voters receive all the access data they need along with the address of the Online Voting System via the communication method of your choice. This data allows your voters to log in and start casting their votes. In the second stage of voting, the access data is automatically anonymized.

The voter will now see the ballot paper that you created. Voters can cast their votes with a click of the mouse. After clicking on “Next”, the voter is shown the ballot paper again for confirmation. If the voter clicks on “Binding Vote”, the vote is sent to the ballot box and it can no longer be changed.
