POLYAS Resource Center: Tours & Support

Go to the POLYAS Knowledge section by clicking on the light bulb at the top right edge of the POLYAS Online Voting Manager page. This is where you’ll find all the key information about the support services we offer.

You’ll also find the Tours section, where you can take guided tours through the Online Voting Manager, and a step-by-step guide to help you set up your voting project.

I can’t see the POLYAS Knowledge area – what do I need to do?

To be able to access and use the POLYAS Knowledge area, you must accept our cookies first. If you previously rejected them, you can generate a new consent option by deleting the browser data or the cache in your browser settings.

You can usually do this in the privacy and security settings.

Once you’ve done this, reload the POLYAS Online Voting Manager page and accept our cookies.

The light bulb should now be visible in the menu bar.

Different guides are displayed under Onboarding Guides, based on where you are in the POLYAS Online Election Manager. Click on a title to start a guide.

For example, if you’re in your Dashboard, you’ll find the Getting started guide. This introduces you to the dashboard and the settings and different areas of the POLYAS Online Voting Manager.

What’s more, a progress bar is displayed for each guides, indicating how far you’ve proceeded through the guide and which guide(s) you’ve already completed.

Each guide provides step-by-step instructions on what you have to click on, which data to enter, and which settings are best to make first.
